In my room, I saw four or five small figures with extended stomachs and gray, shriveled skin. They were moving about, seemingly preoccupied with strange instruments. My bed was by a window, and I knew instinctively that they had entered through it. Terrified, I stayed still, hoping they wouldn’t notice me. After that, everything went blank, and I remember nothing more.
Years later, living in a Western city, I had another encounter. This time, I awoke to the presence of something beside me. A blue light streamed in through the window, and a male figure stood by my bed, watching me. I shut my eyes in fear, and when I opened them again, he was gone.
